The Mobile Application is not intended for, or designed to attract, children under the age of 13; it is also not intended, or designed, to collect personal information from children. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
Registration and Profile Information: As part of the registration process, you may be asked to provide information including an e-mail address, your name, one or more contact phone numbers and other contact or demographic information. The Mobile Application may include functionality that permits you to provide profile information that may be accessible by other users of the Mobile Application. This profile information may include, but is not limited to: name, email address, telephone number, photographs, free text, and other information that may be useful for using the Mobile Application.
Information You Post: When you post personally identifiable information in the Mobile Application, we may collect such information.
Check-In Information: When you use the Mobile Application to transmit or receive any information pertaining to your “check-ins” (e.g., which locations you have visited), we may collect such information.
Geo-Location Information: Unless you disable the geo-location functionality of the application or your mobile device, the Mobile Application may track your location and associate/store such location with any messages, data or photographs/videos that you transmit through the Mobile Application. Your mobile device may include settings to disable the mobile service’s access to your location. Please check your device and/or operating system instructions for availability and details. Note, however, that opting out of the mobile service’s collection of location information will cause the Mobile Application’s location-based features to be disabled. The Mobile Application may allow users to receive push notifications based on their location even when the Mobile Application is closed; we will always ask permission before enabling this feature, however, and in order to receive such notifications, the GPS service on a user’s mobile device must be enabled.
Passive Information Collection: As you utilize the Mobile Application, certain information can be passively collected (that is, gathered without you actively providing the information) using various technologies, such as navigational data collection. For example, when using the Mobile Application, we and/or our service providers may track Internet Protocol addresses or device ID, use session and persistent cookies, use session IDs and successor tracker technology. Our system may also automatically gather information about the areas you visit on the Mobile Application and collect operational information about the technology you use, such as your mobile device, mobile browser, operating systems, IP address, system and application software, peripherals, and Internet or cellular service providers. In addition, when you view the Mobile Application, we may store some information on your mobile device. This information will be in the form of a cookie, flash cookie or similar file. We reserve the right to use, and to permit our service providers to use, such cookies, flash cookies and web beacons, as well as other comparable or future technologies, to collect information regarding usage of the Mobile Application or our applications (including use of our applications on third party sites). We passively collect information to understand what areas of the Mobile Application are most popular, which areas may require improvement and what technologies are being used by our visitors. This information helps us to update and improve the Mobile Application. We also use this information for security purposes, to detect and to block security breaches and to provide you with a safe online environment.
HOW THE COMPANY MAY USE AND DISCLOSE INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE
Other Users With Whom You Communicate: When you utilize the Mobile Application to communicate with other users or to share your schedule, events and check-ins, you acknowledge and agree that all content transmitted will be made available to and accessible by the Company and the foregoing recipients, and that you have no expectation of privacy in connection therewith. The Company is not responsible for whether or how such third parties utilize the content and data you send to them
Our Use: We may use the information collected to provide you services related to the City Walker experience. Your information may be used by the Mobile Application to provide notifications and messages to you (including information about our products or services). Except as otherwise stated, we may use information collected internally to operate the services described on the Mobile Application, to improve the Mobile Application, to customize the Mobile Application to your preferences, to communicate information to you, for research purposes and for any other purpose specified in this Policy. We may also use your information to contact you about our own and third parties’ goods and services that may be of interest to you, and/or to display advertising in the Mobile Application to our advertisers’ target audiences. In addition, we may make full use of all information acquired through the Mobile Application that is not in personally identifiable form.
Other Company Disclosures: We may disclose any of the information you provide:
to contractors we use to support our business (such as hosting providers, technical support, web analytics and financial institutions), in which case we will require such third parties to agree to use it for the same purposes;
to respond to law enforcement requests and subpoenas, where we believe in good faith that such response is required by applicable laws, court orders, or government regulations; and
in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person.
We do not otherwise distribute to third parties your personally identifiable information. The Company, however, will have no liability for disclosure of information obtained due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized intervention of third parties except as required by law.
Usage Statistics, Aggregated Information and De-identified Information: We may aggregate any anonymized or de-identified information (including, without limitation, usage statistics, and location information) with information from other users of the Mobile Application. We may use or disclose such aggregated information for purposes of operating, modifying, improving, promoting or otherwise commercializing the Mobile Application or the aggregate data, but in no event shall such aggregated information include any personally identifiable information.
CHOICES YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. You may modify the personal information on your account at any time. However, such modifications or deletions will only affect reports after the date of such modifications; any data associated with prior reports will remain unmodified as previously provided to your recipients and stored in our servers. From time to time, the Mobile Application may also incorporate privacy and/or sharing settings that will permit you to make elections as to whether and when certain data is shared. Please review the application settings and/or profile settings within the Mobile Application to see your available options, if any.
If you have provided us with information identifying you personally and wish to update, correct or delete it from our records, please notify us of your wishes by contacting us at email@example.com. Where it is possible to do so, we will act on your request to amend or delete your personal information within a reasonable time.
HOW THE COMPANY PROTECTS YOUR INFORMATION
We work hard to protect your personal information. We use both technical and procedural methods to maintain the integrity and security of our databases, including the use of encryption and limited access to data. But you should keep in mind that no Internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. PLEASE NOTE: The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Never share your password with anyone else, notify us promptly if you believe your password security has been breached, and remember to log off of the Mobile Application before you leave your computer or mobile device.

If you elect to contact any third party identified on this Mobile Application, whether directly or through links, your choice to provide that party with your personal information is solely at your discretion. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any collection or use of your information by such third parties.

THIS MOBILE APPLICATION’S RESPONSE TO BROWSER “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS
This Mobile Application does not respond to pre-set browser “do not track” signals or similar mechanisms that provide users with choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information relating to online activities over time and across third-party websites or mobile applications. Once the Internet industry has settled on standards related to this issue and Company recognizes such standards, we may reevaluate this approach.
